This privacy policy (“Policy”) was last updated on July 28th, 2023. We may change or update this policy at any time, and the same will be updated here. If you are a URVA user or customer, we shall notify the changes or updates either by sending an email or a notification on the URVA App (as defined below). Please ensure to read such notices carefully.
We sincerely believe that you should always know what data we collect from you, the purposes for which such data is used, and that you should have the ability to make informed decisions about what you want to share with us.
Therefore, we want to be transparent about: (i) how and why we collect, store, and use your personal data in the various capacities in which you interact with us; and (ii) the rights that you have to determine the contours of this interaction.

You could be (i) a visitor to URVA.co (“Website”) or any pages thereof (“Visitor”); (ii) a person/entity availing of one of our Services (“Customer”); or (iii) an employee/agent/representative/appointee of a Customer who uses the said Service (“User”);

1.1. Call Log Information
URVA does not access or upload your contacts. When you grant access to your call logs, URVA uses this data to identify whether a phone number calling you is present in our corporate contact database. This helps provide relevant call log reports and prompts only if the number is recognized in our system. We do not collect or store your call log data beyond this purpose.
1.2. Contact List Information
URVA does not access or upload your contact list. If you grant access to your contact list, we use this data solely to enhance interactions within the URVA platform by providing features such as linking contacts to tasks. We do not collect or store your contact list data beyond this specific use.
1.3. Requests for User Consent
URVA will request your explicit consent to access your call logs and contact list. This consent is necessary for us to provide the relevant functionalities. You will be prompted to grant this access through an in-app notification. You can revoke this permission at any time through the app settings. We will not collect or use this data without your explicit consent.
